On 21st of November in Zugdidi, at firs time was organized “ Black Sea Pool Countries International Championship”.

The organizers were Municipality Government of Zugdidi and Megrelian Upper Svanety Regional Association of Sport Dance.

On 4th April of 2009

On 4th April of 2009 by the Georgian National Council was organized unprecedented competition in Ballroom and Sport Dance division “Cup of Television 2009” where participated 5 leader television’s popular journalists. Partners where the dancers of the Georgian National Council.

Georgian Open 2009
In 26th of June was held Georgian Open International Championships whish was dedicated to Mr. Roman Archaias memory. The Championship was held by supporting of Georgian Sport and Youth Affairs Department. The Championship supporters were: “ Pepsi”, “Bagrationi”, “Borjomi”, and Flower House “Papavero”.
